What you'll do

• Perform minor plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and general building repairs
• respond to routine and emergency maintenance requests during assigned shifts
• assist with snow and ice removal, grounds work, deliveries, and event setup
• monitor and reset fire alarms, HVAC controls, lighting, and electrical systems
• maintain building appearance and provide custodial support as needed
• identify deficiencies and initiate work orders
• follow safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
