Regional Director of Operations

The director provides operational leadership and administration across a geographic territory, with responsibility for regional profit and loss. Working with practice leaders and corporate teams, the role advances practice goals, operational plans, quality care, compliance, and long-term regional growth; travel to practice locations is expected for 50% of the week.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with practice leadership on growth initiatives, expense management, and operational plans
• participate in budget preparation and practice improvements
• oversee local practice administrators and key team members
• use KPIs to identify growth drivers and performance-improvement opportunities
• liaise between practices and the VP of Operations
• lead monthly stakeholder meetings
• prioritize patient care and compliance
• travel to practices for face-to-face support
• analyze and present metrics
• mentor and coach team members
• support office refresh and redesign.
