The base salary range is $91,000.00 - $136,500.00 USD annually, and this role supports the Amazon Operations network by leading and developing a team of salaried and hourly talent to maintain safety, quality, and performance standards. This role exists to drive improvements in productivity and efficiency through data-driven decisions and analytical problem-solving. The Operations Manager is responsible for providing their team with the tools needed for success while ensuring customer orders are delivered at the right time and to the right location.

What you'll do

• Support, mentor, and motivate salaried and hourly workforce
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact
• Build and execute productivity plans
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises
• Collaborate with support teams including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources
• Lift up to 49 pounds
• Stand/walk for up to 12 hours
• Work in variable noise and temperature environments
• Continuously climb and descend stairs.
