Employment Law Attorney

Job overview

The Employment Law Attorney works onsite five days a week in Roseland, NJ; limited hybrid flexibility may be considered after one year. Compensation is $140,000–$200,000 per year. The attorney advises employers on workplace matters, prepares employment documents, represents clients before administrative agencies, and conducts workplace investigations. What you'll do

• Advise employers on discipline, termination, accommodations, and wage-and-hour compliance
• draft and review handbooks, agreements, and policies
• represent clients before state and local administrative agencies
• conduct workplace investigations
• provide strategic risk-mitigation advice
• collaborate with clients on compliance and preventative practices.
