What you'll do

• Oversee multiple active construction projects
• coordinate field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors
• ensure work follows plans, specifications, schedules, and company standards
• monitor production and allocate manpower and equipment
• visit job sites to assess progress, productivity, safety, and quality
• assist project managers with planning and execution
• resolve field issues
• lead and coach crews
• monitor labor productivity, equipment use, job costs, and material usage
• review timecards and project documentation
• coordinate equipment maintenance
• enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance
• represent the company with owners, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and vendors.
