What you'll do

• Ensure clinic resources and supplies are available
• organize duties and training for new hires
• schedule and reassign medical assistants
• manage performance and conduct evaluations
• coordinate with clinic leadership
• manage schedules, timecards, PTO, and incident reports
• coordinate ongoing education
• room patients, record vital signs, review medications and allergies, administer and chart injections, draw blood, and perform EKGs.
