What you'll do

• Deliver, set up, and maintain medical equipment, oxygen, and supplies at delivery addresses
• instruct patients and caregivers on safe use and maintenance
• provide phone and in-person customer service
• complete delivery paperwork
• coordinate insurance verification
• manage intake information and files
• prepare route tickets and billing files
• maintain the assigned vehicle
• report equipment hazards and product incidents
• travel to patient homes for setups and recurring deliveries.
