What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
• support safe transfers using a gait belt
• assist with mobility, wheelchair positioning, and fall prevention
• prepare and serve simple meals as needed
• provide medication reminders
• perform care-related light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes
• support the client’s evening routine and safe transition to bed
• communicate with the family and office team.
