What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, clients, and staff
• follow site security procedures and policies
• respond calmly to incidents and medical emergencies
• conduct regular and random patrols of facility areas, grounds, entrances, and perimeter
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• prepare accurate reports and documentation.
