What you'll do

• Schedule candidates in Greenhouse
• prepare for and conduct interviews across roles
• coordinate campus recruitment events in Greater Boston
• source and engage candidates
• assist with employer branding and recruitment materials
• complete assigned talent acquisition projects
• use Claude for research, data synthesis, drafting, brainstorming, and identifying useful AI applications.
