What you'll do

• Assist with lesson planning and daily schedules
• arrange classroom and outdoor materials
• maintain a clean, child-centered environment and accurate paperwork
• provide general care including toileting, feeding, and diapering
• engage children in developmentally appropriate activities
• adapt activities to support participation
• observe and document progress
• use positive, trauma-informed guidance
• supervise children
• and communicate with families and colleagues.
