Account Manager III

Job overview

The Account Manager III role is onsite in Dallas, TX, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and one Saturday per month from 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Compensation is $21.50–$25.00 per hour upon conversion to permanent employment, with commission eligibility after 90 days. The role supports a financial services client specializing in consumer financing. The account manager handles mid-stage collections while maintaining customer service and working toward account resolution. The role involves customer calls, repayment discussions, payment arrangements, account research, accurate records, and compliance with established procedures and regulations.

What you'll do

• Manage assigned accounts generally 30–60 days past due
• make and receive customer calls about outstanding balances
• discuss repayment options and negotiate arrangements within established guidelines
• assist with account questions and concerns
• conduct basic research and skip tracing when contact information is unavailable or outdated
• maintain accurate communication and account records
• follow collection practices, internal procedures, and regulatory requirements
• complete required training and assessments
• meet performance and quality standards
• and safeguard confidential customer and financial information.
