What you'll do

• Maintain grounds, parking areas, and driveways
• perform routine facility and equipment repairs involving plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical work as directed
• replace light bulbs and clean high areas
• service heating and cooling systems according to procedures
• replenish maintenance supplies
• and assist with lifting equipment and supplies.
