The role connects customer needs and feedback with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support teams throughout the sales cycle.

What you'll do

• Partner with account executives and presales teams on customer evaluations
• lead AI discovery and answer technical and architectural questions
• guide solution design
• build and deliver product demonstrations
• manage technical proofs of concept remotely and onsite
• develop customer stakeholder relationships
• support escalations
• participate in customer events, executive briefings, and enablement sessions
• share structured customer feedback with internal teams.
