What you'll do

• Provide physical therapy evaluations and assessments, determine plans of care, supervise ancillary staff, and complete medical charting
• conduct lift and fit testing
• manage scheduling, recruiting, hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and education of PT staff
• manage medical records and insurance authorizations
• conduct annual staff performance reviews
• work with corporate leadership on business initiatives.
