Retail Security Officer

The officer contributes to the team by patrolling assigned areas, monitoring security systems, and providing professional customer service to visitors.

What you'll do

• Patrol assigned areas or maintain a fixed post to monitor activity.
• Control access points and manage pedestrian/vehicle traffic.
• Identify and report suspicious activity, incidents, or safety concerns.
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and on-site incidents.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and security systems.
• Complete daily activity logs, incident reports, and required documentation.
