What you'll do

• Serve guests and build connections
• complete opening and closing tasks
• take responsibility for the restaurant when a manager is not on duty
• direct the team during a shift
• maintain menu knowledge
• support restaurant stations, food preparation, and side work
• follow cash-handling, food-safety, and alcohol-handling procedures
• and maintain hygiene and appearance standards. The posting requires a flexible schedule and a Food Manager’s certification shortly after starting
• food-service experience is preferred but not required.
