What you'll do

• Assemble subassemblies and final ground-control equipment and air vehicles
• test and troubleshoot subassemblies and final assemblies
• work with production technicians, engineering, and manufacturing engineers to improve assembly documentation, efficiency, quality, and cost
• follow work-order protocols and complete paperwork
• train technicians and conduct in-process quality checks as needed
• maintain a clean and safe work area
• mentor junior test technicians.
