• Oversee laboratory services across Michigan and lead laboratory managers, leads, and staff
• standardize workflows and conduct site reviews
• maintain regulatory compliance and audit readiness
• oversee quality control, testing workflows, staffing, equipment, and turnaround times
• lead new-site and service implementations
• manage operational KPIs, budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships
• recruit, coach, and develop laboratory teams.
