What you'll do

• Travel 75% or more to support onboardings, off-boardings, transition projects, leadership vacancies, and personnel needs.
• Execute property operations projects, train and support teams, assist with SOP development, coordinate communication across teams, identify project risks and capacity constraints, and track progress using Monday.com and other project management tools.
