What you'll do

• Conduct assessments and reassessments
• develop treatment plans and update programs based on client progress
• provide telehealth and in-person services
• analyze clinical data
• supervise RBTs and BTs through observation, coaching, training, and feedback
• collaborate with caregivers, families, schools, and professionals
• maintain clinical documentation
• communicate service or travel barriers.
