What you'll do

• Estimate and negotiate change orders
• prepare and present cost plans
• review estimates with design teams and general contractors
• reconcile changes and validate contractor data
• gather project status for cost updates
• coordinate cost information
• manage cost checks, valuations, contingency, and commitment tracking
• prepare funding presentations and monthly cost reports
• contribute to value engineering
• review and negotiate contractor pricing
• manage cost controls and change processes
• negotiate final accounts
• mentor talent and support financial and business management processes.
