What you'll do

• Gather, rinse, sort, and rack dirty dishware
• operate the commercial dishwashing machine safely
• use detergents and cleaning solutions properly
• unload, inspect, and store clean items
• manually scrub pots, pans, and equipment as needed
• polish food-service equipment as needed
• clean and organize the dish room and kitchen areas
• remove trash
• assist with deliveries and other departments as needed.
