Resident Services Coordinator — Lemon Hill / Sky Park

The Resident Services Coordinator role is onsite in Sacramento, CA, at the Lemon Hill / Sky Park communities, with compensation of $23.00 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 40+ hours per week. Mutual Housing California’s Resident Services team connects affordable-housing residents with services and community-building opportunities as part of its mission to strengthen neighborhoods and empower resident leaders. The coordinator supports residents with housing stability, public benefits, budgeting, and referrals while helping address crises and coordinate with property management. The role builds resident relationships, connects people with local programs and leadership opportunities, and maintains service plans, documentation, and reports.
