What you'll do

• Explain the Players Club program and determine whether guests meet qualifications for complimentary services or goods
• enroll guests and process replacement cards
• update guest records and flag duplicate accounts
• explain complimentary structures
• cash direct mail and cash-back coupons and balance a $5,000 bank drawer
• issue qualified complimentary services, cash, concert tickets, and VIP credentials
• assist with promotions and events
• help maintain merchandise inventory
• process win/loss statements
• and attend meetings and assigned off-property events. Promotional coupon and gift distribution may occur.
