What you'll do

• Prepare project billings, pay applications, retainage tracking, invoices, and lien waivers
• reconcile customer accounts and support accounts receivable and collections
• compare project budgets with actual costs and identify variances
• monitor costs in excess
• maintain customer and vendor records
• process approved job cost transfers
• assist with payroll review, project closeout, monthly and year-end closing, audits, and cost certifications.
