The Staff Technical Program Manager, Security Engineering role is onsite in Austin, TX, with a base pay range of $168,560–$231,770 per year. Compensation may also include equity and/or bonus incentives. The role supports Procore’s Security Engineering organization and its agentic security fleet initiative. This role leads end-to-end delivery of a next-generation security capability, coordinating teams and turning complex initiatives into production programs. It aligns security priorities with measurable outcomes, manages dependencies and risks, and helps the security fleet scale with Procore’s growth.

What you'll do

• Lead strategy, roadmap, and execution for the agentic security fleet across product, security, and IT teams
• manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalations for multi-quarter initiatives
• translate security priorities into measurable programs
• coordinate Engineering, Legal, Privacy, and Compliance alignment
• resolve delivery blockers
• improve program practices and tooling
• communicate status and decisions to executives
• influence architectural and product decisions.
