What you'll do

• Wipe tables and seats or replace tablecloths

• clear and carry dishes to the kitchen
• clean spills and remove trash
• maintain supplies of linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, and trays
• serve water, bread, and condiments
• fill beverage and ice dispensers
• carry food and trays
• assist servers
• clean and polish restaurant areas and equipment
• wash bar glasses
• stock refrigerated units.
