What you'll do

• Document care in SOAP format and ensure records are timed, legible, and signed
• follow approved formularies and document non-formulary requests
• use in-house resources before off-site referrals
• provide onsite emergency treatment and respond to urgent situations
• follow medical policies and procedures
• provide guidance and in-service education to staff
• participate in quality and chart reviews
• assist with coverage arrangements when unavailable for an extended period.
