The role owns the design, delivery, performance, and operational evolution of analytics services, leading Java microservices and search and analytics infrastructure to support mission reporting, operational telemetry, and reliable, low-latency workflows.

What you'll do

• Own the analytics services portfolio, including analytics, search, aggregation, telemetry/APM, and visualization interfaces
• lead Java microservice design and delivery
• define indexing, sharding, retention, query strategy, data models, and service contracts
• optimize queries and service interactions for performance and latency
• operate Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, Grafana, and Vue.js 3 services
• guide dashboards and reporting
• use telemetry and APM data to improve reliability, identify bottlenecks, and support root-cause and major incident analysis.
