The Registered Behavioral Technician role is onsite in Rifle, CO. Pay is $18–$24 per hour. Swann Clinic for Behavioral Health is a multidisciplinary clinic serving children with autism and developmental disabilities and their families. Working under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, the technician teaches and documents skills through applied behavior analysis services in a clinical setting. The role supports children’s learning and helps families work toward their goals through collaboration with clinicians and other disciplines.

What you'll do

• Provide applied behavior analysis services to children in a clinical setting under BCBA direction
• teach and document skills
• collaborate with families and clinical professionals
• support children as they develop skills including self-advocacy, safety, boundaries, social skills, and coping skills.

Why this role

A current Registered Behavior Technician credential is accepted, or the candidate may obtain it within 80 working hours after hire. Spanish fluency is preferred but not required.
