What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and vendors
• follow site security and emergency response procedures
• respond to incidents and access concerns
• conduct unarmed patrols of interiors, common areas, parking, and perimeter
• monitor access points
• document patrols, incidents, and observations.
