• Lead the digital patient ecosystem, including OneCRM, myAbbVieCare, AbbVie Care Connect, and PACE
• scale implementation across prioritized markets and brands
• improve deployment processes
• use patient-support-program data and analytics to measure impact
• maintain governance, operational excellence, and compliance
• manage budgets and vendor relationships
• lead stakeholder engagement and develop direct reports.
