The Guest Service Agent / Front Desk Agent role is onsite in Austin, TX, and pays $16–$18 per hour. The role supports guest service at the Austin Hilton Garden Inn by Hilton Cedar Park/Lakeline, where agents are often guests’ first and last point of contact. The agent helps create a positive stay by welcoming guests, managing check-in and checkout, responding to requests, and maintaining accurate front desk records. The role also assists with lobby upkeep and other hotel operations as needed.

What you'll do

• Welcome guests professionally
• check guests in and out and assign rooms
• answer and route calls
• respond to guest questions and concerns
• protect confidential guest information
• maintain cash and transaction records
• complete front desk paperwork and reports
• conduct property walks and help maintain lobby and common areas
• assist with breakfast service, wake-up calls, laundry, and other hotel operations as needed
• communicate property information through the pass-on log
• support sales and marketing as directed.

Why this role
