The Special Projects Operator – 2nd Shift role is onsite in Tucson, AZ. Pay is $18 per hour. R.E. Darling produces specialized rubber and composite products for a variety of applications. What you'll do

• Carry out production tasks according to work orders and schedules
• operate presses, autoclaves, ovens, degreasing equipment, lathes, and hand tools
• use measurement tools
• complete material tracking and production records
• report product or process issues
• assist with troubleshooting
• maintain an organized workstation and participate in 6S activities
• support team training
• enter production data
• monitor inventory
• follow safety procedures and inspect products.

Why this role

Second shift schedule: Monday–Thursday 4:00 p.m.–1:30 a.m.; working Fridays 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.; off every other Friday and weekends. Overtime availability. Role requires authorization to access ITAR and/or EAR-controlled technical data.
