The Turret Punch Press Operator is an onsite, full-time position in New Berlin, WI. Compensation is $20–$21 per hour. The role contributes to accurate production by inspecting parts, addressing machine issues, maintaining equipment, and documenting work.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate manual turret punch press machines
• read blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• load and secure sheet metal
• select tooling and machine settings
• monitor production
• inspect first pieces and in-process work with measuring tools
• troubleshoot issues
• perform routine maintenance and cleaning
• maintain production records
• follow safety procedures.
