Senior Program Analyst

The Senior Program Analyst role is onsite in Washington, DC. Compensation is $130,000 per year. The analyst supports a major FAA Program and its Program Office. The role coordinates program planning, project execution, reporting, and financial analysis so leadership and stakeholders can track priorities, schedules, performance, risks, and resources. It also supports collaboration across the Program Office and field personnel through planning workshops, meetings, and program documentation.

What you'll do

• Provide program management and analytical support, including coordination, planning, prioritization, change management, reporting, performance tracking, and financial support
• support annual project planning and prioritization
• track project-list changes across fiscal years
• prepare presentations, status reports, briefings, and spreadsheets
• facilitate national meetings and track action items
• support budget and financial planning artifacts
• maintain SOPs and workflows
• analyze financial and program data, risks, and variances
• assess project requirements and provide recommendations.
