• Lead shift huddles, attendance, and safety/SQF updates
• coach and train warehouse associates
• oversee daily operations and assign tasks
• maintain clean, organized aisles
• safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and dock equipment
• model a safe and productive work culture.
