The Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor role is onsite in Pikesville, MD. Compensation is $35–$44 per hour. The supervisor leads a multidisciplinary team providing person-centered, trauma-informed care to clients with dual diagnoses in a residential setting. The role oversees clinical services and staff supervision while maintaining quality, regulatory compliance, and coordinated treatment. It also provides direct clinical services and supports the team’s treatment planning, care coordination, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Oversee assessments, treatment plans, counseling, crisis intervention, case management, and related services
• supervise case managers and other listed staff
• coordinate clinical collaboration and care-planning meetings
• review referrals and documentation
• facilitate incident debriefings
• provide direct clinical services
• support training, quality improvement, and compliance.
