Staff Accountant

Accurate records and timely resolution of billing and payment issues help the organization manage its financial operations.

What you'll do

• Create customer invoices
• monitor accounts receivable aging, follow up on past-due balances, apply payments, and reconcile customer accounts
• process vendor invoices and support payments
• reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• prepare and post journal entries
• maintain general ledger records
• complete bank, balance sheet, and account reconciliations
• support month-end and year-end close
• maintain reports, spreadsheets, records, and audit documentation
• assist with payroll and administrative or operational responsibilities.
