What you'll do

• Provide customer service and follow site-specific security procedures
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail areas, entrances, stockroom-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the perimeter
• monitor activity and access points
• report suspicious behavior, policy concerns, and maintenance hazards
• respond to incidents according to site protocols
• document patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities.
