What you'll do

• Oversee daily Food and Beverage department operations
• train and mentor staff on service sequence and menu descriptions
• monitor guest service, arrivals, departures, VIPs, and complaints
• maintain knowledge of liquor, wine, champagne, and menu items
• coordinate staff schedules and breaks
• lead daily line-ups and communicate with the Director of Outlets.
