This senior individual contributor provides independent technical and regulatory assessments to establish and maintain food-contact compliance. The role monitors regulatory changes, evaluates materials and products, manages compliance portfolios, and advises cross-functional stakeholders so product development and commercialization align with applicable requirements and customer needs.

What you'll do

• Serve as the senior subject-matter expert for U.S. FDA and MERCOSUR food-contact regulations
• monitor and communicate regulatory developments
• assess raw materials, additives, formulations, and finished products
• maintain the food-contact product portfolio and current compliance determinations
• conduct product risk assessments with toxicologists
• lead complex compliance assessments
• define external testing strategies
• partner with manufacturing, quality, procurement, legal, and technology teams
• improve stewardship processes and databases
• provide internal guidance and training.
