What you'll do
- Track wellness incentive and education participation
- monitor wellness credits and coordinate reimbursements
- answer employee questions about benefits and programs
- deliver individual and group education
- conduct in-person and virtual presentations
- create and update educational materials
- represent BSI at wellness and benefits fairs and client events
- conduct basic blood pressure and BMI screenings
- promote participation
- and coordinate accurate materials with internal teams and vendors.
