What you'll do

• conduct daily interviews

• manage offers and candidate communications
• partner with operations leaders on hiring forecasts and staffing priorities
• report on pipelines and recruiting progress
• track activity and records in the applicant tracking system
• analyze recruiting trends
• coordinate offer-to-onboarding transitions
• and maintain recruitment documentation and compliance with employment laws.
