The Senior Staff Software Engineer — Data Center Infrastructure role is onsite in San Francisco, CA. Crusoe’s Data Center Infrastructure Engineering team builds and maintains infrastructure for its GPU fleet and data centers, supporting AI infrastructure as a service. The engineer develops diagnostics, observability, automation, and repair tools for GPU compute clusters and the data centers that house them. The role helps maintain the health, availability, and scalability of Crusoe’s GPU fleet through deployment, monitoring, and operational support of these tools.

What you'll do

• Develop diagnostics and troubleshooting for hardware faults in GPU racks and compute systems
• build troubleshooting and automation tools for GPU platforms
• develop automation and AI agents for diagnosis and remediation
• create tools for critical-environment management and post-repair validation
• support deployment, monitoring, and operation of tooling
• develop facilities-management and liquid-cooling tools.
