What you'll do

• Review sales order packets for required documentation
• validate customer chassis information and estimated arrival dates
• enter orders, line items, and configurations into Epicor
• coordinate install-date availability
• maintain order and job date fields
• resolve discrepancies between purchase orders and internal configurations
• initiate and route sales order acknowledgements
• follow up on incomplete or on-hold orders
• monitor production operations and labor transactions
• coordinate material issues and shipping transactions
• verify readiness for invoicing
• escalate issues affecting production, delivery, shipment, or billing
• support audits
• track training expenses, maintain records, and assist with scheduling.
