The Credit Team Lead role follows a hybrid work model, with three days onsite in Leominster, MA, and two days working remotely from home. Compensation is $83,850–$121,580 per year. River Run is a shared services organization supporting Newburyport Bank, Pentucket Bank, and Rollstone Bank & Trust. The role leads and develops Credit Analysts while coordinating workflow, onboarding, and training and communicating underwriting process and credit policy updates. It also supports sound credit decisions and portfolio monitoring through collaboration with Credit and Lending teams, and may include underwriting transactions.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and mentor Credit Analysts
• manage workflow and support onboarding and training
• communicate underwriting process and credit policy updates
• collaborate with Credit, Lending, and Portfolio Managers
• identify potential loan portfolio issues and recommend action plans or risk-rating adjustments
• complete annual reviews and process commercial credit requests
• provide backup support for specialized functions
• occasionally conduct construction site visits and inspections, attend customer meetings, and support underwriting and portfolio monitoring.

Why this role
