What you'll do

• Assist with developing and implementing patient care programs, policies, and procedures
• serve as liaison between administration, nursing management, and staff
• supervise nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or on a unit
• monitor and manage staff, provide feedback and evaluations, and administer performance counseling or discipline
• assume patient care as needed. Requires current RN licensure and BLS
• ACLS is to be obtained within one year, and CRRN certification within a year of meeting eligibility requirements. Two years of recent inpatient hospital experience and prior leadership experience are required.
