What you'll do

• Direct and supervise department functions, production, and stocking
• cut, chop, and prepare produce according to company standards
• coordinate workflow, production, sales, merchandising, and distribution with Produce Managers
• assist with training, ordering, attendance, and employee matters
• maintain product knowledge and quality standards
• plan stocking and distribution
• assist with inventory control, receiving, price marking, and product rotation
• handle damaged or spoiled products according to policy
• greet customers and provide service.
